
Choc Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Serves 1, takes around 5 minutes to prep and 4 hours chilling!

Ingredients
Base:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk (any)

1/2 cup unsweetened yoghurt

1-2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract
Choc PB flavour:

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions

Place the ingredients into a jar or container and mix ingredients together.

Screw on the jar or container lid and put in the refrigerator to refrigerate overnight for at least 4 hours.

Remove from the refrigerator when ready to serve, stir well, and enjoy. Servings can remain in the fridge for 5 days max.

Optional: Add a splash of milk if needed to make the consistency thinner and add extra toppings if desired.

TIP: You can use the same 'base recipe' and then make a range of flavours depending on your preference (see below).
Tropical: base recipe + 1/4 pineapple & mango pieces (fresh or frozen) + tbsp desiccated coconut.
Mixed Berry: base recipe + 1/2 mixed berries (fresh or frozen).
Banana Chocolate Chip: base recipe + 1/2 chopped banana (into pieces or mashed) + 1 tbsp choc chips.
Coffee: base recipe + 1 tsp instant coffee powder + 1 tbsp choco chip (optional).
